Accessing previously saved projects

Troubleshooter project files save all data configuration and process models created on the data. Continuous Troubleshooter project files typically have a .csa file extension.

From within the Continuous Troubleshooter

  • Click on the File menu and select [Open], or click on the [Open] button in the toolbar.

  • Browse to the Continuous Troubleshooter project file to be opened. Continuous Troubleshooter projects have a .csa file extension.

  • Click [Open] to open the Continuous Troubleshooter project file.

Using the context menu within Windows

  • Browse to the Continuous Troubleshooter project file to be opened. Continuous Troubleshooter projects have a .csa file extension.

  • Right click on the file, and select [Open with...] from the context menu.

  • Select Continuous Troubleshooter from the recommended programs.

  • Click [OK] to open the Continuous Troubleshooter with the project already loaded.

Using the Command prompt

  • Type the directory where application is installed, the name of the application, and the project name into the command line. For example: C:\Program Files\Proficy\Proficy CSense "ProjectFile.csa"
